EARLY REGISTRATION PRICE (If pre-registered with PAID deposit by noon on 12/15): $195

FULL CONFERENCE PRICE: $225

ONE DAY PASS: $50

HALF DAY PASS: $25

A $50 pre-registration deposit reserves your spot at the conference (the pre-registration deposit is non-refundable and non-transferable). If you pre-register (with $50 deposit) by noon EST on December 15, 2009, you will receive a $30 discount, lowering your conference cost to $195; $225 thereafter (includes the $50 pre-registration deposit).

This includes four nights of lodging in the Sheraton Boston Hotel, admittance to all conference sessions, and materials. This price does not include transportation or meals. There are plenty of inexpensive meal options within walking distance from the hotel.

Simply follow the online registration instructions to choose your method of payment. You can pay by credit card or by check – Visa and MasterCard accepted. If paying by check, please make check payable to “Boston Winter Conference” (NOT Campus Crusade for Christ).

Our on-site registration will be on the second floor of the Sheraton, above the Lobby. There will be four students per room. In order to choose your roommates, you must go through on-site registration together.
